Depart Agadir early, heading through the scenic High Atlas passes. Pass Taliouine (saffron capital) and Taznakhte. Visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou fortress, a UNESCO site. In Ouarzazate, visit Taourirt Kasbah and the cinema studios. Drive along the spectacular Draa Valley palm groves to Zagora. Enjoy a sunset camel trek and a traditional Berber dinner under the stars at your desert camp.
Wake up early to catch the desert sunrise. After breakfast, head back through Agdez and Tiout Oasis. Continue to the historic walled city of Taroudant to explore its red ramparts and artisan markets before returning to Agadir in the evening.
